Wtf Flatbow with Feathered skin?
Yeah I just came across this in all my time pcing items, collecting, selling all that I never seen a flatbow with a Feathered skin..

They drop like that in factions in canthan areas :/ so I'd say 40k maybe

Feathered skin isn't rare. Well not anymore since there is even a collectors bow with it.
